Nice Place to Chill-Out - Menu Needs to be Updated More Regularly.
Jun 9, 2009The cornerstone of TCC cafes must be the water feature in each of its restaurant.
The other constant in the various TCC cafes would then be the hospitable service approach and comfortable chill-out seatings.
This is true too for the TCC outlet in Central.
While the service is excellent, we found the food and beverage menus to be limited and outdated. This is especially true for the food menu. The food menu is currently over-dominated with pasta dishes. If you are not a pasta fan, the selection of other dishes is very limited.
As for the drink, there is a nice range of coffee drinks and concoctions. For non-coffee drinkers, the Lychee Jazz is refreshing.
In our opinion, it would be better to view TCC as a place to just chill-out and be refreshed.Must Tries
Tamarind Chicken, Basil Chicken Pasta, Lychee Jazz

Lovely ambiance
Jul 3, 2009I'm a TCC fan but i've only been to this outlet once with a client. The ambiance was great.. Perfect for chilling out and relaxing.. Service was also better than a few other tcc outlets. We ordered only 2 drinks but sat there for 3-4 hrs. The service staff were still nice, smiling and polite, coming over to fill our glasses of iced water periodically. Will definately be back for food! =)I also recommend this place for

Deconstructed Tiramisu - "Devil-misu"
Nov 8, 2008Needless to say, TCC has always been THE place for coffee lovers to chillout. The TCC here at The Central looks lovely with the beautiful Chandelier centre piece. The white lush cushion seats also add a luxurious posh feel to the ambience.
We tried their new items on the menu
1) Devil-misu
2) Fruity delight
Devil-misu is a deconstructed tiramisu with scoops of light mascapone cream sandwiched between layers of coffee-soaked shortbreads. Ooo i love the brandy soaked cherries at the side and the crisp biscotti provides the extra crunch into the whole dessert. Lovely dessert, hope it is a keeper in the menu.
The fruity delight is a soda with tutti frutti fruits and sprig of mint for tat refreshing "Ahhh...." shiokness.. A thirst quencher on a hot day..!
Well done, seems like their new items make me a happy woman that day@!Must Tries
