Ten-Ichi Udon @ NEX serangoon

It's located along the Japanese Food Street area of NEX and is often crowded on weekends and peak hours, obviously, considering the appeal of Japanese cuisine in local Singapore.   The prices were fairly affordable and there's the flexibility to add on their famous tempura and other side-dishes There's the option to choose the type of udon and the toppings too, whichmakes their udon personalised in a way. Also, they offer rice alternatives too, with their curry rice (basic) costing only$4.50! Not forgetting the condiments that are self-served. do try out their seaweed and fried tempura bits under the condiment section, which add much texture to your meal! And ala Japanese style, Ten-Ichi has the consumer culture of clearing their own trays, which is both pragmatic and delightful!
Do visit Ten-Ichi located at B1 of NEX to experience the dining experience ultimately! Read more on my blog

This is the second time I've been here and the tempura is flat out bad and soggy. I took two pieces that they just put out thinking they were freshly fried but they were cold. Soba is okay, go to Tamoya any time.

Eggs. They come in all shapes, sizes, colours and varieties: white, brown, free range, barn-laid, small, large and extra large. Some come with Omega 3, others with selenium and carrot. We makes sense of it all.
What to Eat
Bingsu ice shavings, sweet rice cakes and toasts invade the cafes here. Not typically offered in traditional Korean meals, desserts are served only during special occasions as refreshments, but in Singapore, the tables are turned
What to Drink

What to Eat
Have fun with food as foreplay, and these items are easily bought at supermarkets. Just be mindful of allergies (gas and rashes are no fun) and be prepared to sacrifice the sheets
