The best Sunday Champagne Brunch you'll ever have in Singapore, at Bar and Billiard Raffles Hotel. Comes with a Live foie Gras Station, OMG.
Good selection of Oysters, carved meats and hams and free flow Billecarte-salmon Champagne. 
A hefty price but definitely worth it as the service standards are absoultely world-class. Check out my blog for full review and pictures.
