    Lychee Martini

    They have shifted frm East Coast Road to LAU PA SAT. I have been searching for them ever since they have moved out frm east coast.
    What i am looking for is their cakes n esp the Lychee Martini.

    I had the Lychee Marini($4.90). This pretty looking pink cake caught my attention when i saw the other cakes. Well, after eating it, i think it taste pretty normal. There wasnt any martini added... JUS lychee flavour n mayb the pink colouring. The sponge is quite soft n light. The other reviews rave abt their hazelnut crunch n perhaps i might go bk n try it out.
    I also recommend this place for

      Thank you for being the first one to put up a review for the new Coffee Showcase outlet at Lau Pa Sat. We sincerely hope all our customers had a great time dinning with us and we treasure all feedbacks to help us grow to serve you better. But at certain time, there might be misunderstanding from the customers point of view which we will gladly explain to clarify. Basically, our cakes are made from premium ingredients and meant to be enjoyed by customers of all ages, thus the amount of alcohol content is just a tint to enhance the overall taste and not too overpowering or too high percentage that youngsters below 18 cannot consume. The Coffee Showcase is not a pastry shop, we do have lots of other drink and food items on the menu, so doing a review based on the cake itself is a one sided statement. Further more, the rating is based on a rolling average, which means if you are taking away and rated our outlet 0 for ambience is like pulling down our rating and denying our hardwork that we had painfully put up for our customers to enjoy. We sure do hope to see you again to provide you a better dinning experience, so you can do us a fair review. Of cause, we believe in individual preferences and if you have one, please do let us know so we can recommend products that you can satify your craving. We gladly will refund any cost or replace an unsatisfing product. Cheers! See you soon.
