First time here - had dinner there with my wife - service upon arrival was prompt and attentive.

The spread is decent - I started with the cold cuts / salmon and tuna sashimi, which were tasty. Sushi rice was a tad dry. I liked the skewers of melon wrapped with parma ham and cherry tomatoes with quail eggs - yummy!

The cooked food was ok, I thought the char kuay teow was better than the fried rice. :) My wife particularly enjoyed the naan and the curry chicken - spicy!

Highlight of the night was the Mussels and Chicken stewed in a laksa lobster bisque and served with an "asian croissant" - which is actually an interesting twist on the youtiao. It was deep fried but had a bit more of ham cheem peng consistency than dough fritter. It went very well with the laksa broth and I mopped it up!

The cheese risotto was not bad as well, though the rice was a little overdone. The meats are done churrascaria style over a charcoal grill so you really get the smokey flavour. Unfortunately we were too stuffed with the laksa and risotto and only managed a couple of very tasty chicken wings.

I enjoyed the cheese section as I'm partial to brie with honey and crackers, shiok! Not too much choice of other cheeses though.

The dessert spread is pretty wide and I had a number of items, which were all tasty. My wife particularly enjoyed the ice kachang station and topped up plenty of sea coconut. :) The durian pengat was smooth and fragrant - a little bit sweet to eat much of it though. In any case, we were stuffed!

In all, a well put together buffet dinner and one I'd recommend for after work gatherings with friends or colleagues.

The Cold Cuts and Salad Corners offer you with a decent selection to start your meal. As an avid fan of salmon, I was pleasantly surprised with two salmon dishes; the smoked salmon and the salmon salad. The salmon was fresh and the robust flavours made these two dishes very enjoyable. I was having much primal delight in spooning of chunks off a hunk of Poached Salmon. The sweeping scent of dill together with probably some vinegar or lemon cloaked the flesh well enough, which I would prefer to be less flaky. 

You should also check out the Chicken Liver Terrine. It was mousse-like, rather moist, and the aspic sitting atop the terrine added some salty gelatinous bits. Parma ham slices are also up for grabs there and it definitely fitted the brunch theme of the buffet.

Cleverly manipulating chilli in a great number of their dishes(even desserts!), this is a buffet you wouldn't want to miss!
