Must try the Espresso Shake
May 5, 2009Came here because I was eating the sandwiches at Quiznos (linked to Tully's Coffee).
The Espresso Shake is to die for. Smooth, creamy and sweet but not too sweet. Think they add vanilla ice cream to the shake, that's why the texture is so "heavenely" creamy.
My friend ordered the Mocha Shake and I tasted a little. It's as yummy as my Espresso Shake, with a chocolatey tinge.
Another plus are their cookies. I tried the Oatmeal Raisin cookie. The texture's soft and chewy, not the crumbly crispy. Lovely if you dip it in hot coffee. And again, not overly sweet.
The ambiance is also pretty nice. A chill out cuppa place. Come here to surf the net (they've got free WiFi!!!), read a book or just people watch.
And definitely enjoy your beverage with a Quiznos sandwich.Must Tries

Yes! Go for the (iced) White Chocolate Mocha!
Jun 28, 2009I was there on a Sat afternoon and I must say it is a really conducive place to chill out at when the CBD seems to have stopped functioning.
I got my sandwich from Quizno's (10% discount if you use Mastercard) and was presented with a $1 discount coupon for Tully's, so went over.
The staff recommended White Chocolate Mocha and I must say I really like it. It's not as sweet as Starbuck's so good for those who may be turned off by overly sweet drinks.
Free water, newspapers, I-S magazine - well, these offerings are not very much different from the rest of the coffee places.
Worth paying a visit on a Sat afternoon if you want to get away from noisy Starbucks outlets and a quiet place to catch up with friends, read a book or study(for students)/mark(for teachers).Must Tries

cOFfee FOR ME
Apr 16, 2009CAME here to enoy a cuppa coffee n slack.
I ordered a slack of chocolate cake n the staff asked me whether i would like to purchase a drink n get another cake free. I gladly accepted the offer. I got the coffee and a chocolate cake n another slice of cake free. But, i decided to take-away the '' free slice of cake home''.
The chocolate cake is not too bad. The mousse is not too sweet but the sponge is a little too dry. The reason y i come to this outlet instead of the one @ west coast plaza is the chocolate cake.(wESt coast plaza outlet) do not have it.
The free cake(oreo cheese). It slighly creamy and had ur usual oreo taste. This is better than the chocolate cake.
It's pretty relaxing to slack here and the staffs are pretty friendly.I also recommend this place for

White Chocolate Mocha Must TRY!!
May 6, 2009I tend to drop by Tully's only when I'm eating at Quiznos. One of my favorite drinks here is the White Chocolate Mocha (hot). It's nice, warm and chocolatey. But it may get a bit too sweet though so I always get a cup of water with it. Other than that, this drink is amazing!
If you are not a coffee drinker though, the options can be a little limited. I heard their mango shake (or mango ice blend) is a good, if you don't drink coffee.
Nice atmosphere too. The wireless is a plus point. Good to surf the net or read a book.Must Tries
