Delicious ice cream, hard to find a seat

We had to try very hard to get a decent spot here. The place is packed during peak hours, so expect to do some self-service cleanup. Having said that, the ice cream is delicious!

Must try the tiramisu.

Only eat the ice-cream during season

What I am referring to is durian.  It really tasted differently during the peak and non-peak durain season.  As they have the mao shan wang, luckily, they always let the customer to sample try.

So if the taste is just right for me, I will be ordering on the spot or take away for a pint.  After eating for afew other flavours, I found that the kitkat flavour really blend it well with durian.  It is an awesome mixture to cool oneself.

Ridiculously Awful Staff and policies!!

AVOID, HORRIFIC staff and policies!! We bought a scoop for my son and a pint of ice cream to share with wife for $23. We then sat down to enjoy when a man with a MOUTHFUL of SUBWAY sandwich ran over to STOP us from eating the pint in store. He then proceeded to SPIT BITS of his SANDWICH ALL OVER us and our table as if we were committing crime against humanity. He said we cannot even taste the $18 pint of ice cream, we just bought on the premises. What business would rather have someone spend less than spend more, and if you spend a lot then you are kicked out?!! Is this common in SG?

Dear Korusasin,
My apologies for the experience you had at our Novena outlet. Our manager should have composed himself and approached you politely. I'm sorry that he didn't and will ensure that this doesn't happen again.
With respect to the pint, it is our store policy that pints are not to be consumed in the store. The pint is priced lower because it is meant to be taken away. This is written on our menu board.
If all our customers buys pints and consumes them in-store, we would make a loss and have to close our shop. Granted, not all customers will do that, but we have to advise our customers if they do, because if one customers starts, other customers will see and we will have more of such situations in the future.
With regards to the price of the pint, we use lots of genuine ingredients, and that is reflected in price.
If you can email me at david@udders.com.sg, we would very much like to send you a token as an apology for the behavior of our manager.
Thank you.

Best local ice cream, hands down!

Have been visiting Udders since its opening in 2009, and unlike many other local waffle/ice cream shops, Udders' quality of ice cream has not deteriorated! Favourite flavour is their cookies and cream, even their waffles taste better than most others! Two scoops of ice cream and a waffle cost about $10, a little pricey but worth the money! Also recently took part in Udders' campaign at www.campaign.com/UdderlyLove! Hope to win some vouchers, hahaha. :)
