We've been regulars at this outlet since it opened and were always wowed by the great customer service. Something seems to have changed because when we visited recently, the staff didn't have their usual cheerful attitude.
One of them in particular was really rude and spoke with his back to us. We asked to buy some dry ice and he continued to do what he was doing without so much as glancing in our direction. He then told another staff member to tell us the cost of the same when we were standing right in front of him and he could have easily responded to us directly. We have always had a great experience here so this was very shocking. Perhaps he was having a bad day but the 1st rule of customer service is to look at the customer.
We asked to give feedback to the manager and was told the manager was off duty. We then asked for a number and very reluctantly one of the staff gave me the name & no. of a Dexter. I sent Dexter my feedback via a text msg 2 months ago and have received no reply to date. Is Dexter a real person or did they just want us off their back? Very disappointing!
We won't be going back there any time soon!
