I love the ngoh hiang / prawn cracker n crispy prawn cracker n other too.. becos the taste is very tradition n crispy.. I also very love the yummy mee hoon. so u must try very delicious..
The deep fried ngoh hiang is really great - it's so crunchy, unlike the other stalls I've tried. I also like the century egg with ginger slices - the gooey texture complements the fried stuff very nicely.
