We were already fans of Yan Ting's dim sum brunch, and now are of their set menus too ($88-$168) including a vegetarian set as well. From the luxury set ($148) here is the pan-seared rack of lamb with seasonal veg (crunchy lotus root and snap peas) with a perfect black pepper sauce. Also good is the crisp suckling pig and double-boiled chicken consomme.
