MUST try this at least once!

I'm abashed to say I wasn't expecting much when my friend brought me here for supper after zouk, especially after I saw only 3 selections.

I was totally converted into a super fan now.
The curry is amazing, its neither the overpowering flavor that you normally find in indian curries nor is it overly salty like chinese traditional ones, it was really good! My stomach felt the heat all the way down!

This is pretty much a one dish stall, starring curry chicken / pork on rice. The recipe is from the proprietor's mother, who has decided to share her cooking.

I recommend going for the pork, as they use pork collar, a softer meat which blends well with the slightly spicy Hainanese styled curry. The rice is also cooked using distilled water to give a fresher feel.

First time to eat at Berseh Food Centre..and first time to try such yummy Nonya Curry Chicken.

I find it quite special for a Chinese Nonya Curry Stall to serve their curry with Indian papadam.

This stall don't serve french loaf although I usually prefer my curry to be served with it. However, the taste & the texture of the rice are different from other stalls and it goes really well with the tender curry chicken too. The spiciness of the curry is just nice for everyone also.

Makes you crave for more !!!

What to Eat
Bingsu ice shavings, sweet rice cakes and toasts invade the cafes here. Not typically offered in traditional Korean meals, desserts are served only during special occasions as refreshments, but in Singapore, the tables are turned

Have fun with food as foreplay, and these items are easily bought at supermarkets. Just be mindful of allergies (gas and rashes are no fun) and be prepared to sacrifice the sheets
