Sushi
Sushi refers to the Japanese dish of vinegar rice served topped with other ingredients, such as fish and vegetables. There are currently more than 7 types of sushi in existence - including but not limiting to nigiri, maki, inari, chirashi and handrails - each with their type of toppings and presentation styles. With the rise of sushi's popularity worldwide, this humble rice dish has been adapted over and over to better suit the local palates, giving rise to international sushi styles such as the Los Angeles-born California roll. Based on traditional Japanese dining etiquette, nigiri sushi is meant to be eaten with your barehanded and should be turned over when dipping such that the soy sauce makes contact only with the fresh sashimi toppings.

Inagiku. Expensive but very much worth it.
Try Shirashi, only if you are those that don't feel painful when the bill is presented.
